RETURN POLICY

At Freestyle Ontario, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Eligibility for Returns

- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

- You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept any returns.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Support: Before sending back any items, please contact our customer support team at luke@freestyleontario.ski with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Package the Items: Once you receive the RMA number, carefully package the items you wish to return. Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email inside the package.

3. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund or Exchange

- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

- If you prefer an exchange for a different size or colour, please let our customer support team know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that Freestyle Ontario will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or colour. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items
