Welcome
We are excited to welcome all eligible athletes to the 2024 Freestyle Ski & Snowboard FIS Nor-Am Cup hosted at Horseshoe Resort, with the skiing events occurring from March 5th - 8th.
Established in 1962, Horseshoe Resort is situated in the picturesque Horseshoe Valley just north of Toronto. Visitors to the event have the option of booking on-site accommodations with full amenities through Horseshoe Resort.
Horseshoe is in the process of building two exceptional Nor-Am level courses for the slopestyle and big air disciplines. These courses will follow the terrain standards and expectations that have been established through other stops on the FIS Nor-Am Cup, with a focus on enabling the creative expression of the competitors. Horseshoe has state-of-the-art snowmaking capacity and exceptional park-building expertise. We are very excited by the terrain and experience this event will provide the athletes.
Additionally, a new downslope airbag and trampoline facility are scheduled to open at Horseshoe this spring, positioning Horseshoe to become a top-tier year-round destination for high-performance freestyle skiing and snowboarding. The airbag facility will feature a 50m x 22m BagJump airbag, a 14m and 9m jump designed by Park Degree, and a JF Dry Ski slope ensuring a high-quality training experience for the athletes. This will be supported by two 7'x14’ and one ’Super Tramp’ Rebound Products trampolines.
